The purpose of the committee is to routinely inform the public concerning the expenditures of Measure C funds to ensure that bond proceeds are used according to the ballot language . The Committee is comprised of 7 volunteers appointed by the Governing Board. CBOC meetings are open to the public. The next meeting will be held in February 2009 at the District Service Center. Official announcement of the meeting will be posted on this webpage along with the agenda when available.
