    SENIOR YEARBOOK distribution

    SENIOR YEARBOOK distribution will be on May16th at lunch and after school in room E5. You will be placed on the list if you have ordered your yearbook in advance. If you purchase a yearbook that day, you will be given your yearbook by the next day. UNDERCLASSMEN will be able to get their yearbooks May 18th after school. ~ Mrs. Nixon

    Pomona Valley Hospital are teaming up with COHS to host this event where physicals are offered to all sports and incoming athletes at a discounted rate of $20. Help support our programs by signing up and the physical doesn't expire until June 2019. Appointments run from 6:00pm-7:45pm on Thursday, May 3rd and can be reserved through the Mrs Babineaux (Athletics Secretary) or Ms Seibert. Information packets will be given to your athlete when the appointment is made. First come, first serve. Only 90 spots are available and they book fast! 100% of the money raised is donated back to COHS Athletics ~ Ms. Seibert

    Congratulations to the CO Concert and Women’s Choir who performed in the Music in the Parks festival at Knott's this weekend. They placed first in their division and received an excellent rating. Way to go CO!

    Are you a talented graphic artist? Do you use Adobe software (Photoshop/Indesign) to create digital graphics? is looking for 2-3 graphic artists to join our team in the fall. Your job would include apparel design, social media marketing, and digital/print ads. See Mrs. Strycula in B1 for details about joining ASAP.

New Student Enrollment

  • Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student from any internet device. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the school-site is electronically notified.

    NEW student (new to the district) registration on the August 8th, 9th & 10th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm by appointment. On the 11th it will start at 9:00 a.m. by appointment only also. 

    Please call the high school office at 915-5841 to make your appointment. 


    Online Pre-Enrollment for 18-19 will open on February 8, 2018


    This Enrollment process is NOT necessary for any student that was enrolled during the 2017-18 school year and is moving up to the next grade level. Only NEW students wanting to enroll in Charter Oak Unified School District need to complete this process.
