A Message from Mrs. Greaves
Welcome Glen Oak families and friends! My name is Sharon Greaves and I'm excited to introduce myself as Glen Oak's principal. Glen Oak is a STEAM Academy. We offer everything from Chromebooks and Google Apps For Education, to i-Ready learning and assessments. Students have access to CODE.org and other creative tools. Three times annually, ALL students participate in STEAM Day!
Parents at Glen Oak are offered opportunities to engage in learning with their students. Videos and online access to programs allow for students and parents to engage in learning outside the classroom, during evenings and weekends.
Glen Oak is proud to offer opportunities for exceptional educational experiences for all of our families! Glen Oak PTA invites parents and students to engage in events that foster a home-school connection. Please join the Glen Oak PTA, visit our campus, and engage with our outstanding staff!

What is Renaissance Home Connect?

Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student from any internet device. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the school-site is electronically notified.
PLEASE NOTE:
This Enrollment process is NOT necessary for any student that was enrolled during the 17-18 school year and is moving up to the next grade level. Only NEW students wanting to enroll in Charter Oak Unified School District need to complete this process.
Data Confirmation
Every year Charter Oak USD requires all new and returning students to complete the Data Confirmation process. This is an opportunity for parents to edit/confirm emergency contacts, review school-site policies, and renew the yearly authorizations. This process must be completed for every student before classes/teachers will be officially assigned.
The 2018-2019 Data Confirmation Window will open on July 23, 2018.
