Facilities Master Plan
The goal of this Facilities Master Plan is to assemble reference materials and cost analyses for issues related to the future viability of Charter Oak Unified School District’s physical facilities and infrastructure. The elements of the Plan were grouped into priorities per site to assist in the assessment of recommendations related to the potential for a Bond Measure for community consideration in 2012. Once passed, the Facilities Master Plan is used to ensure the community that the funds are spent as the citizens and the Board of Education intended. The Plan is annually reviewed and modified, if needed, by the Board of Education.
