  • Please click the Use of Facility/Rental Form Button to fill out an online application. Make sure you include a copy of your organizations Certificate of Insurance.
  • Your facility request goes through an approval process and you receive email updates throughout the process.
  • Our accounting department will email you an invoice for your approved facility use. Your charges will depend on what group you represent and quote if provided.
