Online Enrollment 

Charter Oak Internet Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

This Enrollment process is NOT for a student currently enrolled in any Charter Oak school. This process is only for NEW students enrolling in Charter Oak USD. 

If you reside outside the district boundary, please obtain an interdistrict permit release from your district of residence.  If you have questions regarding this process, please feel free to email [email protected].

Data Confirmation

If you have a returning COUSD student, you will need to complete the Data Confirmation or Re-Registration process in the Aeries.Net Parent Portal. This online process takes the place of the traditional registration packets which include school policies, forms, and emergency cards.
 
Data Confirmation for 26-27 will open in July 2026.
