Notice is hereby given that, on behalf of thirty member districts in the San Gabriel Valley Food Services Cooperative Purchasing Group, the Board of Education for the Charter Oak Unified School District (District), Covina, CA (Los Angeles County), will receive sealed proposals for Request for Proposal Number # 25-26-01.

We are closely monitoring the potential lapse in funding for CalFresh/EBT benefits due to the ongoing federal government shutdown. This interruption could begin as early as November 1, 2025.

School meal programs will NOT be affected. Charter Oak Unified will continue providing free, nutritious breakfast and lunch to all students enrolled in our schools. In addition, students participating in after-school programs will receive a nutritious snack (available at elementary sites) or supper.
