Dear COUSD Community,

When I began my role as Superintendent in January, I made it my priority to understand exactly what is working well in our district, what challenges we face, and where we can improve. Over the past several months, I have dedicated more than 100 hours to listening and learning from you. I met with over 420 employees and gathered feedback from nearly 500 parents, student groups, and community leaders. Your insights have been invaluable.

After collecting this wealth of feedback, I took the time to reflect on what I heard and to develop a clear plan for our future. This plan will guide how we shape teaching and learning across the district, reinforce our strengths, address areas in need of support, and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
