Obtaining a work permit during the school year

1) Print the Work Permit Request Form

2) Read the Work Permit Regulations on the second page

3) Complete all information, obtain supervisor and parent signatures

4) Bring the completed permit to the school of attendance 

 

Obtaining a work permit during the summer

1) Print the Work Permit Request Form

2) Read the Work Permit Regulations on the second page

3) Complete all information, obtain supervisor and parent signatures

4) Bring the completed permit to the District Office or create a digital version of the document by either scanning or taking a photo and email the digital version to Debbie Redmon at [email protected].
